  • What is myReach?

    myReach is your second brain, powered by AI.

    A digital productivity tool that helps you save and manage all your knowledge (notes, files, websites, research, images, contacts, etc), with an intelligent AI-Assistant that answers all your questions.

    Like ChatGPT but with a memory function on your data.

  • How does myReach work?

    myReach uses Generative AI, Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing models to power the search of your knowledge base and offer accurate information with sources.

    We use powerful deep learning LLMs to enable semantic understanding of your information, ensuring more relevant and precise results beyond simple keyword matches.

    The biggest benefit of these models is their ability to analyse the context of each word in a document relative to the rest, providing deeper insights and understanding.

  • What does myReach do?

    myReach is built around 3 key features: - Semantic and query-based search within your data - Recommendations based on content similarity - Extraction of metadata and automation

    In addition to these features, the App also allows users to: - Transcribe audio from videos and voice recordings - Generate summaries of long articles and content - Organise research and files into Workspaces - Create custom Tags to connect data

  • What devices are supported?

    The myReach App is available on all major platforms. You can use it on mobile, desktop and web for iOS, Android, MacOS, Windows and Linux.

    You can download it from the Google PlayStore or the Apple Store or create an account to use it as a Web App.

  • What languages are supported?

    At the moment, the interface of the App is only available in English.

    However, you can interact with your information in any language. The AI-powered Chat automatically detects it and will respond in the same language, from the +25 supported languages.

  • Is myReach free to use?

    Yes, you can sign up for a free account.

    We believe in making knowledge management accessible for everyone. That's why we always offer a Free version of our platform, with no limited "Free trial" time.

    There are certain limitations such as a cap on the number of nodes and storage space, However we've introduced a unique gamification system that can help you unlock benefits for myReach Premium plan at discounted price.

  • Can myreach be used offline?

    No, myReach cannot be used offline.

  • Do you have tutorials?

    You can find all the tutorials in the App (Profile < Tutorials) or on our YouTube Channel.

  • How can I request new features?

    We’re constantly working on new features to improve myReach, and we're always open to new ideas. If there’s a certain feature you’d like to see, let us know in the myReach Community Forum. You can also comment and vote on features that others have requested.

  • What does myReach integrate with?

    myReach seamlessly integrates with numerous tools like Google Drive, Evernote, Pocket, Browser Bookmarks, Contacts and more, to enhance your workflow and consolidate your data seamlessly.

    You can also automate with over 5,000 apps through our Zapier integration.

    We have a poll in the myReach Community Forum where you can vote for the next integration you want.

  • Can I email things to myReach?

    At the moment this function isn’t available, however it’s already in our Development Pipeline.

    We are looking to give users the ability to forward emails directly to their myReach account, to be able to save desired emails such as newsletters, documents, important emails, etc. all in myReach.

    We will let you know once this function is available! Check out our Roadmap to see what’s coming.

  • Is there a Browser Extension?

    Yes! Download it for Google Chrome or Firefox.

    It allows you to quickly and easily save web content (such as websites, text and images) directly to your myReach knowledge repository while you’re browsing the internet.

    It simplifies the process of capturing and organising online information for later, allowing you to save any webpage with one click without having to open the App.

  • I need help! How can I contact support?

    We created a detailed handbook to help you understand every aspect of the myReach App, with tutorials, guides and references.

    If you still have questions or just want to connect, feel free to write us in the myReach Community Forum. It’s your go-to destination for any concerns, feature requests or feedback about myReach or your account. There are a lot of like-minded people exchanging ideas and questions in our Forum.

  • I found a bug. What should I do?

    Thanks for the head’s up! Let us know in the myReach Community Forum and we’ll get right back to you.

    You can access the Forum through the link below or from the App (Profile < Give us Feedback).

    If possible, please provide the following: - What version of the App are you using? - Mobile: Android or iOS? - Desktop: Mac or Windows? - And what browser? - Screenshots of the bug are always helpful.

  • How do I delete my account?

    You can delete your account at any point. To do so, open the App and go to Profile < Account < Delete my account.

    CAUTION! Please note that this action cannot be undone.

  • Which payment options are supported and how are my payments being processed?

    You can pay by credit or debit card.

  • Do you offer discounts for students?

    We were also students once, so we know the struggle! The basic plan of myReach is and will always be Free. You can take advantage of our Gamification to upgrade to Premium at a discounted price, using App credits earned by going up the ranks.

  • Who can see the things I save in myReach?

    Just you!

    myReach is completely private and secure. Your things are safe and only YOU have access to them.

    We’re working on a “collaboration” feature to allow Teams to work together in a central system. The creator of the Team will have control over the permissions of the users.

  • Is my data protected and secure?

    Data privacy is critical for a knowledge management solution like myReach. We consider it our top priority.

    Here are some details on what we do to ensure your data Privacy: - ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification - TLS 1.3 encryption - AES-256 bit encryption

  • How can I create reminders?

    To create reminders in myReach, you can follow these steps:

    1. Open the myReach app and navigate to the specific note or node where you want to create the reminder.
    2. Look for the "Properties" section or settings of the note. It may be represented by an icon like a clock or a calendar.
    3. Within the properties, locate the "Reminder" property. This property allows you to set a specific date and time for your reminder.
    4. Click on the reminder property and choose the date and time you want the reminder to be set.
    5. Save the reminder, and it will be associated with that specific note or node.
    6. You can also customize the reminder by setting it to repeat at specific intervals or adding additional properties like importance or distance.
