myReach Notes are like digital notebooks that help you organise and remember your thoughts, ideas and information in a way that makes sense to you. It's similar to how your mind naturally organises thoughts and connects ideas.

With myReach notes, you can:

Think Naturally: You can jot down your thoughts and ideas as they come to you, just like writing in a regular notebook. There's no need to follow a strict format.

Build a Network: Imagine your notes as building blocks. You can connect them together to create a network of information. This means you can link related thoughts, topics, or ideas, making it easy to navigate and understand your notes.

Stay Organised: Instead of having scattered notes in various places, myReach helps you keep everything in one digital space. You can create different notebooks (workspaces) for different topics or projects to stay organised.

Create in-text references: Add documents, websites, pictures or any digital media in the middle of a sentence within the text of your note. This allows you to connect your words to the things you're talking about. For example, in a meeting, add an in-text connection to the presentation slides so it's all together and easily retrievable.

Search Easily: When you need to find something specific in your notes, you can use the search function to locate it quickly. It's like having a powerful search engine for your thoughts.

Access Anywhere: Your digital notes are accessible from your computer, tablet, or smartphone, so you can refer to them no matter where you are.

How to create a Note

You can create a Note in myReach through various methods:

Using the "Create" Option: Select the "Create" or "+" option in the App and click on Note. You have various formatting options to choose from and you can even add and attachment, a link or any in-text reference.

Convert Text into a Note: Our AI transcribes the text of audio and other digital media, so you can convert it into a Note.

  1. Go to the specific website, note or file Node and click on the 3 little dots in the top right corner. You'll see an option that says "Preview Node Content". Click on the option and you'll find the "Convert text into a note" option at the bottom of the generated text.

  2. You can also open an image in an album, that has text in it. Click on the 3 dots option in the top right corner and select 'Preview Image Extracted Content'. You'll see the option to "Convert text into a Note" choice at the bottom of the screen.

In simpler terms, it's like turning a piece of text into a note with just a few clicks!

Convert a Chat Answer to a Note: Convert any Rich answer into a note directly from the Chat, by clicking on the answer (in Mobile) or the 3 lines note icon under Rich's answer (in desktop).

Integration: Integrate with popular platforms like Evernote, Google Docs, Dropbox Paper and Quip Pages among others to bring content directly into myReach notes.

Using the Web Clipper: Install the myReach browser extension. Then, while browsing a website you can select the content and right click to see "myReach Web Clipper" option and Save as a note.

Attachments

1. Attach Files while writing:

You can easily add various types of files including PDFs, spreadsheets, images and virtually any file format, while you're in the process of creating a note. Simply use the 'Attach' option during the note-writing process.

2. Attach Files to a finished Note:

If you've already created a note and wish to add files to it, you can do so by opening the note and navigating to the 'Attachment' tab.

Mentions

While you're writing, you can seamlessly create references to other items by using the "@" on your keyboard or the "Mention" option located at the bottom of the screen. This feature simplifies cross-referencing within your nodes, so you can connect your notes to the data you're writing about for better organisation and connectivity.

Web Url

You can also add a link in the note by using the "Web Url" option available in '+Add'.

Note options

In the 3 dots button on the top right of the screen in the App, there are multiple options and functionalities. Here is a breakdown:

  • Change Cover Picture: Customise the appearance of your note by selecting a different cover picture for the node.

  • Rename Node: Easily update the name of your note to keep it organised and easy to find.

  • Content Successfully Learned: When a node is created, our AI learns the content of the node.

    If the node is learned the text is "Content Successfully Learned".

    If not learned then the text is "Get Rich to learn the node".

  • Note Settings: Access and adjust various settings specific to notes, tailoring it to your preferences.

  • Useful Tips: Get quick and helpful insights about note management to maximise your productivity.

  • Copy Node URL: Share your note by copying its unique URL, making it accessible to others.

  • Assign to Another Workspace: Organise your notes efficiently by assigning this note to a different workspace.

  • Move to Trash: When you no longer need the note, easily send it to the trash for safe disposal.
