Issue accessing myReach

If you forgot your password

You can reset your myReach password, if you don’t remember it. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the myReach login page in your web browser.
  2. Click on "Forgot your password?" below the login area.
  3. Enter your email and click "Reset password"
  4. We'll send a link to your email address. Open the link, enter a new password and click "Save new password".

If you lost access to your email

If you no longer have access to the email address you used to sign up for myReach, please contact us at contact@rea.ch.

If myReach is down or under maintenance

  • "We are updating myReach": If this message appears, please be patient. It means we are about to launch a new release with improvements and new features. We will send you an email once the release is live.

  • "Sorry this version is outdated": If this message appears, click the "Update" button to be redirected to the App Store where you can update to the latest version of myReach.

If you’re still unable to access the App

  • Try disabling any firewalls, VPNs or privacy or security software you have on your device that may be blocking access to myReach.

  • Try a different browser, device or platform. For example, if you’re using myReach's Mobile App, see if the issue persists when you use myReach in your desktop web browser.
