Node Failed to Learn

When you upload information to myReach, the AI learns each new node automatically and updates the AI Status to "Learned".

However, a node might occasionally experience issues when trying to learn. You might see the status of the node is "Not Learned" or "Failed to Learn". Here's how to address both situations:

Not Learned

If the status is "Not Learned," it's often because you've uploaded a significant amount of data simultaneously, and it's still being processed. It is likely in the queue and will automatically update to "Learned" once complete. Please be patient as this could take some time depending on the amount of information that is being processed.

If it remains "Not Learned" after some time:

  1. Open the node (click on it)
  2. Head to the "Properties" Tab
  3. Click on the "AI Status" and then "Learn" from the popup that appears.

Failed to Learn

If the status is "Failed to Learn," there could be various reasons for this, including temporary technical issues, node format incompatibility, among others. To resolve this:

  1. Click on the node.
  2. Navigate to the Properties tab.
  3. Check the AI status (failed).
  4. Click "Retry" in the popup that appears.

If the node learns after retrying, the problem is resolved. If it doesn't, verify the node format to ensure it's one of the accepted types: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, PPT, IMG (jpg, jpeg, png, gif), MP3, MP4, ZIP, UNK, CODE, TXT, etc. If the issue persists, please contact us for support.
