Integrate Workspaces

Integrate workspaces from other myReach accounts and stay synced.

Steps to integrate

  1. Log in to your account, go to integrations, and select “Integarte Workspaces.”

  2. Input the join-code received into the designated field to view all associated workspaces.

  3. Choose whether to access all or specific workspaces linked to the join-code and proceed with the integration.

  4. After the integration, the shared workspaces will appear in your Knowledge base, labeled with “[workspace name] (shared).”

Limitations

  1. Same join-code or the different join-code for same share can not be used. In order to update the integration, you need to go to Integrations & Imports made, select the intgeration for that share and update.

  2. If a join-code is revoked by owner and receiver tries to integrate it, he will get Invalid join-code error.
