Ways to Chat
myReach isn't just about search; it's about having a conversation with all your company's knowledge.
Think of it this way: instead of spending time digging through folders for a file, you just ask a question. Instead of waiting for a colleague to answer, you get it instantly. This is where myReach truly starts to power your work.
The best part? You can ask follow-up questions and receive answers in a natural, conversational dialogue.
Five ways to ask questions
You can interact with your knowledge in the way that makes the most sense for you.
1. From your Assistant page
Go to "Assistant" in the left sidebar and start a new conversation. Ask any question based on the knowledge in your Workspaces.
Your Assistant will search through your knowledge base to find the most semantically similar nodes to respond.
2. Using the search bar
Type a full question directly into the main search bar for a semantic search with a complete AI-powered response. The AI will only search through the Workspace you are on, click on several Workspaces to broaden your search.
You can also use advanced filters to narrow down your search:
- contracts with a value > 50k$
- only documents related to X campaign
3. Through the chat button
Located next to the search bar, click the chat button to begin a conversation based on your search results.
If you add new filters or narrow down the search results, the chat automatically updates to search based on those new results, so you can modify your search as you go.
4. From a specific node
Sometimes you just want to focus on a single document. Open any file in myReach and click the chat button in the top-right corner to ask questions specifically about that file and its relationships, without any surrounding noise from other documents.
5. From your Genie
Your custom Genies are designed to be shared. With a few clicks, you can create a shareable URL that gives your team or external stakeholders a dedicated AI assistant. They can query your knowledge base to get instant answers without ever needing access to your private files. It's the perfect way to empower others to find the answers they need, freeing you from answering repetitive questions.
