Chats

In the Chats tab, you can see the history of all the interactions there have been with your AI Assistant.

Here, you can review all the chat sessions, capturing the full spectrum of conversations, queries and responses that users have engaged in with your AI Assistant.

This area is instrumental for understanding user interactions, assessing the effectiveness of your Genie and identifying opportunities for improvements in communication.

The Chats tab is organised into 3 different sections:

• Messages

• Emails
