Data Sources

The Data Sources tab provides a comprehensive view of all the sources from the selected workspaces within your knowledge scope. The information is displayed in a tabular format, making it easy to track and manage your data nodes.

Below are the detailed columns and functionalities available in this tab:

Columns

  • Name: Displays the name or title of the node.

  • Status: Shows the AI status of the node, which can be "Learned", "Failed to Learn", "Not Learned", or "Learning".

  • Creation Date: Indicates the date when the node was created.

  • Last Modified: Shows the date when the node was last updated.

  • Type: Specifies the type of the node, such as Note, Album, File, Tag, or Website.

  • Workspace: Displays the name of the workspace(s) the node is part of. If the node belongs to multiple workspaces, it will show as "Workspace + 1". Hovering over this field will display the names of all associated workspaces.

Interactive Features

  • Hover Actions: When you hover over any data source row, an Open option appears in front of the Status column. Clicking this will open the data source node in a new tab.

Top Right Options

Located at the top right of the Data Sources page, there are several useful options:

  1. Manage Knowledge Base: A button that redirects you to the workspace of data sources, allowing you to update or add new nodes.

  2. Instructions: A button that takes you to the introduction of myGenie in the myReach handbook for further guidance.

  3. More Options: Represented by three dots, this button opens a modal with four additional options:

    • Preview in Full Page
    • Export Raw Data (CSV)
    • How It Works?
    • Remove Widget

By utilizing the Data Sources tab, you can effectively manage and track the status and details of each data node, ensuring that your knowledge base remains up-to-date and functional.
