myGenie allows you to create an AI Chatbot that engages with your customers more efficiently than a human agent. It works 24/7 and provides instant, accurate and human-like answers to all customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Getting started

Getting started with myGenie is simple. It takes less than 10 minutes and requires no technical expertise. Follow these steps to set up your first AI Chatbot (Genie):

  1. Create a Genie

    In the left sidebar, click on myGenie and then the +New blue button to set up your first Genie.

    ❗️ You need to import your company knowledge into a Workspace prior to creating a Genie. Click here to learn more about Workspaces and how to import your knowledge.

  2. Customise it

    Personalise your Genie's appearance and behaviour to align with your brand’s style and tone. Customise the welcome message, add an AI persona and prompt, create categories, etc. Find out more here.

  3. Test the chat

    Run test interactions to ensure the Genie responds as expected. To do so, use the “...” button in the top right of the screen to select preview in full screen and get a preview of how it looks on your website.

    Open the chat and ask questions to ensure it responds accurately. Make any necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and user experience. Fine-tune the AI prompt and persona as needed, to reflect the desired persona (whether formal, friendly or neutral).

  4. Integrate the Genie into your Website

    Add your Genie widget to your website by copy and pasting the script code onto the webpage where you want it to appear. Read this guide to learn how to install a Genie on your website.
