myGenie can be embedded on your site, or it can be shared externally as a link.
Steps to share URL
Follow these steps to share your myGenie URL with others:

Go to the General Settings section in the Settings Tab.

Scroll down to the Direct chat link and copy the link provided, by clicking the copy button to the right of the link.

Share this URL with those you want to grant access to the Genie.
