myGenie can be embedded on your site, or it can be shared externally offering a range of valuable benefits and uses, including:

Steps to share URL

Follow these steps to share your myGenie URL with others:

  1. Go to the Settings Tab of the widget.

  2. Copy the Direct chat link provided.

  3. Share this URL with those you want to grant access to the widget for testing or feedback.
